FACILITATOR WEEK 7

Hi everyone 🙋😊! I´m Carmen Rocío and this week I was working as facilitator 💬🔊. 

This was my first time doing this role but it was more different than I imagined, especially due to the change of normal classes to online classes 📘📲.

The task we continue to do this week is planning the UDCMM online classes. 

The previous Thursday we discussed our ideas and asked the TIC.Chers  group for their opinion 👍✅. They helped us plan what our teacher Linda would later ask us to do: plan the activity following the ACAD framework. (click here).

But speaking of my action in all this I must add that I began to investigate 🔎📷 how it would be better to work and where. I decided to choose Google Hangouts and on Monday we started working and recovering our work as a group. 

It should be noted that it is not easy to work from a distance since when organizing and putting order is more complicated ⏳😔. 

After making clear what had to be done, Sergio and I proposed dividing the activity as we all had the certainty of knowing the content of it 👏🔝. 

The epistemic design was carried out by Adrián, Juan Antonio and Sergio, the social design was carried out by Jorge Marta and me, and the set design was carried out by Miguel, Paco and Carmen Llamas.

In our case it was very helpful to use video calls in smaller groups ☎💻since it took less time to explain and carry out the tasks 🕐💯.

Also, the organization we created of the roles had already finished, so it was my turn to distribute the roles of the next weeks 🔄🔅🔆.

Finally, I wanted to express that although these circumstances are difficult from here we want to convey that we continue to want to improve 📈💡 and that is why we do not stop trying to adapt to this new situation 📍.
