ANALIST ROLE WEEK 7

Hello guys! We are Carmen Llamas and Jorge García , and we have been working as analysts. This week we have had to adapt to a new situation, isolation at home due to quarantine imposed to stop the expansion of the coronavirus. From this came the idea of adapting the planned activity to be carried out with the children in the “one day at my teacher's school” days the week before this new situation, thus having to change the approach of the activity almost by full.

It is true that the fact of not being able to meet in person has made things a bit difficult, although we were able to make use of new technologies, in this case video call to coordinate and thus be able to carry out this work, in that sense the organization and the way of Solving the problem has been very effective, despite the complications that arose. In that sense we can be proud, since we have greatly improved teamwork and the way we approach work, now we are able to make nine people work in a productive and effective way, contributing new ideas and completing those of others.

Regarding the activity itself, I would emphasize the importance of considering carrying out an activity that was already designed and planned differently, adapting it so that each one could do it from home, since this is something that frequently happens in the day to day of a teacher, not in such an extreme case but there are situations in which the planned cannot be carried out, that's why this activity has helped us a lot, since it makes us aware that things do not always go as planned and that you have to have the resources to adapt and be able to get it out in the best possible way. Even so, we must still improve the way we work to get things done in a more efficient way and with better results, as well as include more new technologies in our daily work to improve their use and be able to benefit from everything they offer. That is why perhaps the most difficult part has been coordinating without physically meeting.

As future teachers we should try to learn as much as we can about the resources that we can use when doing our work in order to adapt to any situation and do it in the best possible way.
